Mandarin Partnerships Coordinator

The role of Partnerships Coordinator is to act as a central link between our upstream suppliers and downstream merchants, as well as other internal departments.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide an efficient administrative service that supports the work of the Alliances and Partnerships team as well as the Account Management team.
  • Work with Alliances and Partnerships team to identify and implement process, reporting, and documentation enhancements to improve efficiency and communication.
  • Coordinating communications with suppliers across multiple messaging apps, as well as assisting with day to day tasks.
  • Help deal with customer complaints.
  • Support communication of upstream and downstream integration.
  • Assist with issue escalations as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree is required. A degree in Economics, International Relations, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent Mandarin communication skills
