Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resource Management and the like At least 2 years of work experience as Procurement Admin/ Admin Assistant in a BPO, Finance and technology, or gaming industries On-call support for employees working on 24/7 shift Excellent interpersonal skills Computer-savvy Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
At least one-year work experience in payments industry, card interchange, alternate payment methods and emerging trends in online payments Working experience and exposure for Credit Card Business Operation, ATM/Debit Card Operation, ACH, banking operation and payment gateway operation is an advantage Experience in Accounting, Invoicing, Analysis & Reconciliation, Payments/Disbursements Strong Excel and MS office skills Proficient in the English language Amenable to shifting schedule
Responsibilities: Successful applicants will be responsible for creating visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts Ensure all processes are well documented, not limited to timely submission of report requirements for the team and quality checking of record entries. Ad-hoc duties, some including basic accounting & finance skills.
3 years’ experience working in a BPO company on a financial account Experience working with credit cards and/or debit cards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Amenable to shifting schedule
